Cancellation

Eligibility — The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only (monthly or annual)
Timeframe — You must request a refund within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription payment
Full refund — You will receive a complete refund of the amount paid, with no questions asked

Processing time — Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

6. Refund Policy

Payment processing — All subscription payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. GrantCompass does not store your credit card details.

Data security — All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Authentication is managed through Firebase with industry-standard security practices.

Upon termination, your right to access premium features will cease. Any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of GrantCompass shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
