Formula-based annual grant for eligible Canadian magazine and community newspaper publishers to support creation and distribution of Canadian editorial content. Provides up to $1.5M per publisher based on eligible copies distributed and editorial expenditures. Supports print magazines, community newspapers, and digital periodicals.
