Application Steps

1 Pre-consultation (mandatory for new applicants) New CMF IDM applicants must complete a mandatory pre-application consultation with CMF/Telefilm staff. Book this well in advance of the application deadline — it is a prerequisite for submission.
2 Register PERSONA-ID accounts All company owners must have registered PERSONA-ID accounts in the CMF/Telefilm system. Ensure your corporate profile is current and in good standing.
3 Secure publisher/distributor Letter of Intent Obtain a Letter of Intent from a recognized publisher or distributor committing to distribution of the completed project. This is a mandatory application document.

  • Deferred salaries from non-shareholders
