Program Description
Montréal grant covering 40% of eligible commercial-renovation work up to $50,000, plus 75% of related professional services up to $10,000.
Eligibility Requirements
- Owner or tenant of a commercial premises in the Montréal agglomeration.
- Must invest at least $40,000 before tax per project.
- Eligible work costs must be at least $40,000.
- Work cannot begin before the subsidy application is declared eligible.
- Networks with more than five branches, subsidiaries, or franchised businesses are excluded.
- Government, Ville de Montréal, school-board, and religious buildings are excluded.
- Industrial activities, gas stations, service stations, mechanics, and car washes are excluded.
- Projects already receiving City financial support are excluded.
- Eligible work must generally be carried out with the help of a design professional.
