Evaluation Criteria
Technical innovation depth and science-based differentiation; founding team capability and complementarity; market scale potential (must be 'massively scalable'); ability to set and achieve aggressive 8-week objectives; suitability for venture-scale capital raises; fit with selected stream (AI, Climate, Health, Quantum, etc.).

CDL's own application page states 'Applications for the 2026/27 program have closed' - the deadline was July 24, 2026 at 11:59PM ET, with earlier deadlines for a few programs (CDL Defence nurture eligibility May 10, 2026; CDL Defence final June 15, 2026; CDL Quantum Bootcamp final June 21, 2026).
