Program Description
Eurogia2030 Call 31 funds Canadian SMEs for up to 50% of eligible costs on international low-carbon energy technology R&D projects. Large companies with more than 500 FTEs are not eligible for Canadian funding.
Eligibility Requirements
- Canadian SME pursuing low-carbon energy technology R&D
- Large companies with more than 500 FTEs are not funded
- Non-SME participants may only be supported indirectly as contractors to eligible SMEs
- Project must be an international, civilian, innovative R&D project aimed at commercialisation
- Consortium must include at least two independent legal entities from at least two Eureka countries
- No single organisation or country may account for more than 70% of the project budget
