Volet 2 covered consultant and expert fees for groups of Quebec companies implementing sustainability practices together, such as sector-wide energy audits, shared circular-economy initiatives, or collective clean-technology scoping. As of April 23, 2026, Volet 2 (like Volet 1) is CLOSED to new applications — the Fonds Écoleader funding envelope stopped accepting submissions on February 23, 2026.
