When is the deadline?
Expressions of Interest are due August 17, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Full proposals are by invitation only, opening September 2026 with a November 2026 deadline, and decisions are announced March 2027.

No. Year 2 funding depends on satisfactory progress and financial accountability in Year 1, demonstrated through the Interim Report and Financial Review, and continuation is subject to Research Manitoba approval. A one-year no-cost extension on the use of funds is available on request.
