Insider Tip

You cannot apply as an individual farmer — a not-for-profit, agricultural or community organization must apply as consortium service provider on behalf of identified producers. The service provider's admin fee is fully covered (10% of contractor costs, to $100/acre). Use a licensed tile-drainage contractor whose design complies with the Drainage Guide for Ontario, and consult OMAFRA staff on project viability before applying.
