Program Description

PME MTL grant for innovation, productivity, or sustainable-development projects, offering up to $50,000 capped at 80% of total project cost.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicant must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a Québec CSQ.
  • Business must be legally constituted as a corporation and duly registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec.
  • Business establishment must be in Montréal and head office in Québec.
  • Submit a business plan or project summary.
  • Provide financial projections covering at least two full fiscal years.
  • Provide compiled financial statements for the last two completed fiscal years, or the first year if the business is under two years old.
  • Demonstrate a strategic sustainable-development approach.
  • Contribute 20% equity to the project.
  • Subject to PME MTL service territory and envelope availability.
