Repayable contributions covering up to 33% of capital costs and 50% of non-capital costs for Northern Ontario manufacturers to invest in equipment upgrades, facility modernization, lean manufacturing adoption, IT implementation, and ISO certification.

- Primary business activity must be manufacturing commercial products
- Planning for growth
- Equipment and services must be arm's-length purchases
- Must provide 3 years of financial statements
