Envision Saint John: The Regional Growth Agency offers the Impact Loan, a low-interest start-up or expansion loan of up to $50,000 with flexible repayment terms, for small and medium-sized businesses located in the City of Saint John.

  • Entrepreneurs of all ages (no age restriction)
  • Business start-up or expansion purpose — the application asks you to choose one of the two
