  • Business located in the LaSalle borough of Montréal
  • Volet 1 (Complexe Seagram): high value-added or innovative businesses setting up on the Complexe Seagram site; grants of $10,000 to $30,000 from a $70,000 envelope, until funds are exhausted
  • Volet 2 (Terrasses commerciales): creation or improvement of a commercial terrace, particularly in restaurants and drinking places (SCIAN 722); four grants of $5,000, up to $20,000 in total
  • Volet 3 (Dynamisme des commerces locaux): opening a new business that adds value to a designated LaSalle commercial artery, transforming or modernizing an existing business, digital shift and customer experience, neighbourhood improvements such as signage, greening, a summer pedestrian street, terraces, placottoirs and window displays, merchant-group initiatives, and sustainable development projects
