Insider TipIf applying to Stream 1, line up an industry partner willing to provide matching funds before the Fall 2026 intake opens in September. Streams 2 and 3 need no match. Do not reuse older forms — the Program Guide and application forms were updated for the Spring 2026 intake, and submissions bypass the Grant Management System while Research Manitoba migrates databases.
