Program Description
Challenge-based funding for consortia led by Ontario-based for-profit SMEs to address CIT Sector Adoption challenges; up to $1,000,000 per project from OCI with 2:1 applicant/industry matching.
Eligibility Requirements
- Lead applicant must be an Ontario-based for-profit SME with fewer than 500 employees
- Consortium must include 1 lead applicant and at least 1 primary partner with market pull
- Solution must address an active CIT Sector Adoption challenge statement
- Solution must incorporate one of the named Critical Technologies
- Funding must be matched 2:1 by the applicant/industry consortium
- Applications must be submitted before the posted Challenge Statement closing date
- Project activities carried out in Ontario
