Program Description
Provincial grants funded by environmental penalties, for Indigenous communities, schools, municipalities and incorporated not-for-profits in Ontario, supporting environmental restoration and resilient-community projects in the region where the violation occurred. Not open to for-profit businesses.

- Project must benefit the MECP region where the environmental penalty was collected
