Program Description
Non-repayable grants of up to $15,000 (50% of costs) for Northern Ontario manufacturers to hire third-party consultants for operational assessments covering productivity, process flow, quality management, lean manufacturing, energy efficiency, and market expansion readiness.

- Currently operating manufacturer in Northern Ontario
- Primary business activity must be manufacturing commercial products
- Planning for growth
- Assessment services must be purchased from arm's-length third parties
