Program Description
A TD credit-access program for businesses that are 50% or more Black-owned. It is not a standalone loan: it applies across TD credit products (including lines of credit), offering holistic credit adjudication with a secondary specialized-committee review, interest-only payments on select term loans for up to 12 months on request, and waived set-up fees on new credit and credit-increase requests under $50,000, plus support from TD's Black Community Business Development team.
