Program Description

Reimburses up to $2,500 of the cost of selling online or putting AI to work in a consumer facing Yukon small business, and pairs it with free e-commerce advisory. Applicants must be a for-profit registered or incorporated Yukon business with at least one employee of three months or $30,000 of revenue in the past 12 months, and must not have had a CDAP or TYDA grant before.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Consumer-facing Yukon small business.
  • At least one employee, part-time or full-time, working 3+ months; owners and business partners do not count as employees. OR at least $30,000 annual revenue in the most recent tax year.
  • Must provide business registration or business license as proof of registration.
  • Not previously received the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) or Tech Yukon Digital Adoption Program (TYDA) Grant.
  • Reimbursement-based: recipient must provide paid receipts to be reimbursed.
  • Software or subscription costs capped at $500; digital marketing costs capped at $500.
  • Current intake is fully subscribed; waitlist available via email.

Application Steps

1 Check the consumer facing test first You must sell products or services directly to end consumers. A wholesaler can qualify if it also sells directly to consumers, but a business selling only to other businesses, or running dropshipping or online reselling, cannot.

Proof of registration: any one of a master business license, a Yukon Corporate Registry document, articles of incorporation, or a GST return from CRA. A government document confirming the business is preferred, and a bare GST/HST number will be verified against the CRA registry
