2 Submit Expression of Interest (Launch Export) Complete the online EOI form at the Smartsheet portal (https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019c7b6fcdb3707d95fd6708c9127200) during the intake window. Only 8 spots per province — apply within the first 2-3 weeks.
3 Contact Provincial Trade Office (MEDP) Contact your provincial ATIGS representative directly (PEI: 902-213-0673, NS: 902-221-4774, NL: 709-729-1946, NB: 506-478-2561). MEDP operates on capacity-based continuous intake — apply April-June for best availability.
4 Submit MEDP Application Complete the online Application Form at medp-pdem.ca. Application reviewed for eligibility against ATIGS sector alignment and export readiness criteria.
5 Initial Meeting (MEDP) Attend initial meeting with OCO (in-market trade consultant), ACOA, Global Affairs Canada, and provincial representatives to define market entry objectives.
6 Scope of Work Development (MEDP) Receive tailored Scope of Work for your target market. Review, provide feedback, approve, and sign contract and NDA.
7 Pay Participation Fee Pay $250 (Launch Export) or $1,250/$2,500 (MEDP) + applicable HST.
8 Participate and Report Fully engage in all program activities. Complete mandatory evaluations up to 1 year after program completion.
