- Building is a street-facing commercial property (not residential, government, or institutional)
- Not a place of worship, public institution (government building, school, hospital), or not-for-profit organization
- Improvements are to the exterior facade (signage, windows, awnings, lighting, cladding, accessibility)
- Minimum eligible improvement cost typically required (check program guidelines for current threshold)

Evaluation Criteria
First-come, first-served — not a scored competition. Eligibility criteria: street-level commercial property, minimum three distinct eligible improvements, applicant is owner or tenant with written permission. Apply on the first day of intake to secure funding.
