Program Description
Nunavut grant that reimburses employers for two-thirds of the eligible cost of training or professional development for Nunavummiut, where the training leads to a new position, a promotion, increased pay within the organization, or regular employment. Open to registered Nunavut-based employers, municipalities and societies.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be a registered Nunavut-based employer
- Have a position available for the trainee to advance into after training
- Be able to contribute at least one-third of the total eligible training expenses
- Training must lead to a new position, a promotion, increased pay within the organization, or regular employment
