Year-round grants of up to $50,000 per building for the rehabilitation and seismic stabilization of façades of registered heritage buildings in Vancouver.
Eligibility Requirements
- Building must be listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register
- Privately owned commercial or non-commercial building, including buildings owned by non-profits
- Constructed primarily of unreinforced masonry
- Eligible work includes ground-floor storefront conservation, seismic stabilization, building envelope materials, windows, doors, historic signs, awnings and architectural lighting
