Program Description
FACE Coalition, with TD, offers grants of $2,500–$5,000 to offset the cost of professional business services for majority Black-owned Canadian businesses operating for two years or less. The grant is paid directly to the assigned service provider, not to the entrepreneur.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must identify as a Black-owned business with majority Black shareholding and operation by individuals of Black heritage
- Must be operating in Canada for two years or less
- Must be registered with the Canadian Business Registry
- Must need business plan, financial statements, and/or tax filing services
- Non-profits are ineligible
- Credit score is not considered
