Covers up to 50% of eligible exterior or frontage improvement costs, to a maximum of $15,000. The application window runs February 2 to October 16, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The building must be an Eligible Property in Fort Saskatchewan's mature neighbourhoods
  • The applicant must be the property owner, or a tenant with property owner approval
  • A tenant applicant must have at least a 3-year lease remaining from the application date
  • Individual units within a multi-unit building are treated as individual applicants
  • Government buildings and property, residential property without a ground-floor commercial use, churches and other religious institutions are not eligible
  • Costs incurred before the application date are not eligible
